Dr Nusiebeh Alrwashdeh is a senior academic leader, accomplished researcher, and entrepreneur with over 18 years of expertise spanning higher education, financial services, and executive training. As Founder and Company Director of Pinnacle Financial Services Consultancy UK Limited, she leads a premier executive financial training and consultancy firm operating across London and serving clients throughout the UK, GCC and MENA regions — trusted by over 50 global institutions including leading banks, financial services firms, and corporate organisations. Dr Alrwashdeh combines 15+ years of international banking and financial industry experience with PhD-level expertise in Economics and Finance from the University of Portsmouth, building on a strong foundation with her BSc in Economics and Finance. Currently a Senior Lecturer at Cardiff Metropolitan University, she delivers and coordinates teaching across MBA and MSc programmes in Corporate Finance, Financial Management, Portfolio Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Financial Risk Management — integrating Bloomberg, Eikon, Stata, and Refinitiv into technology-enhanced learning. Having spent seven years living and working in Saudi Arabia as Senior Lecturer and Programme Coordinator at Fahad Bin Sultan University, she brings an unparalleled cross-cultural perspective to international financial services. Her research has been published in leading peer-reviewed journals including the Quarterly Review of Economics and Finance, Research in International Business and Finance, and Cogent Economics & Finance, with multiple working papers targeting ABS-3 journals. She serves as Associate Editor for the Audit and Accounting Review and peer reviewer for ABS 2 and ABS 3 ranked journals. She has served as University Council Member and Quality Assurance Committee Member at the institutional level, contributing to strategic governance and academic quality at the highest levels. Beyond her academic and entrepreneurial leadership, Dr Alrwashdeh holds CPD-Certified Board Advisory and NED Accreditation through Connectd — a leading UK platform that connects experienced professionals with high-growth startups for Board Advisory and Non-Executive Director roles.
